As long as spare parts are available, or to the end of the boiler life

No, unfortunately the difficulty obtaining spares and the short life span of domestic gas fires, gas hobs and cookers, make it uneconomic to offer parts and labour cover. However we can offer annual servicing and inspections of these appliances at extra cost.

Telephone the office during normal working hours and we will arrange a suitable appointment to carry out a survey, if required

Gas Emergency Service
0800 111 999

All gas leaks must be reported to the Gas Emergency Service on 0800 111 999 who offer a 24 hour ‘make safe’ service within 2 hours of a reported leak. An engineer will attend the leakage and ensure the system is shut down, followed by one of our own engineers visiting the scene the same day, providing the call was logged before 4pm
